Kate represents injured clients against insurance companies and other large corporate entities. Her practice focuses primarily on Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Insurance Coverage disputes and Insurance Bad-Faith. Kate also is experienced in Business and Commercial Law and is comfortable investigating all areas in which her clients need representation.

Kate earned her law degree from Northern Illinois University, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. While in law school, Kate served as Justice for Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and worked to identify and close a loophole in the Illinois Victims' Rights Act and to prompt a change to the Constitution of the State of Illinois.

Kate's prior work experience includes prosecuting securities fraud with the United States Attorney's office and working for nationally recognized insurance carriers prosecuting hundreds of subrogation claims including several multi-million dollar large fire losses and flood claims.

Kate thinks the best part of her job is helping her clients obtain both compensation and accountability when they have been harmed by the wrongful conduct of others. In her free time Kate enjoys travelling, hiking, camping and spending time with her family.
